We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your Blackstar products without delay.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 0–1 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During busy periods, including product launches, promotional campaigns and seasonal holidays, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer.

Orders are fulfilled from different locations depending on the delivery destination.

UK Shipping
We currently offer UK standard delivery.
UK Standard Delivery
Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days
Shipping cost: £4.50 flat rate
The £4.50 shipping cost applies to all UK orders, regardless of product, order size, product weight or delivery location within the UK.
EU Shipping
We currently offer standard delivery to selected countries within the European Union.
EU Standard Delivery
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days
Shipping cost: €11.83 flat rate
The €11.83 shipping cost applies to eligible EU orders and will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available after dispatch.
Delivery Delays
We work hard to ensure your order arrives within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- courier delays
- severe weather
- public holidays
- high seasonal demand
- incorrect or incomplete delivery information
If your order is delayed, we will work with the courier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to amend your address before dispatch; however, we cannot guarantee changes once your order has entered the fulfilment process.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.
Missing or Lost Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact Blackstar Amplification Customer Support with your order number and delivery details.
We will investigate the shipment with the courier and keep you informed throughout the process.
Damaged Items During Delivery
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and provide:
- your order number
- photos of the damaged item
- photos of the external packaging
- a brief description of the damage
We will review your claim promptly and advise you on the appropriate resolution.
