Return & Refund Policy

When returning a product purchased online in the UK directly from Blackstar, please follow the guidelines below:

Return Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your product to initiate a return.

 

Direct Purchases Only: Only items purchased directly from Blackstar's official website are eligible for return. Products purchased via third-party retailers must be returned according to their respective policies.

 

Return Authorisation (RA): All returns must be approved by Blackstar Service and assigned a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Returns sent without an RA number cannot be processed.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following are not eligible for return:

·        Personalised or Custom Products: Any item modified or customised at your request.

·        Mobile App Purchases: Refunds for in-app purchases or downloads made via the App Store or Google Play must be requested directly from Apple or Google.

 

How to Return

Contact our service team at service@blackstaramps.com

Please include:

·        Your order number

·        The email address used for the purchase

·        The reason for your return (e.g., tone preference, product compatibility)

·        If your return is approved, Blackstar will issue a Return Authorisation (RA) number and details of how to send the unit back. This RA number must be clearly included in the return package.

·        If your product is faulty, our Customer Service team will issue you with a (RA) number and prepaid return label which can only be provided via email.

·        Returns sent without an RA will not be accepted.

 

Pack Your Item for Return

Please return the item to its original packaging with all the included accessories and documentation within 14 days of receiving the RA number.  If the 14-day time period is exceeded it may not be possible to process your return. 

 

Ship the Item

Please use a trackable shipping method to return the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault or shipping error.

 

Confirmation of Return

Once received and inspected, you will be notified of your refund status. Refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 10 business days.

 

Refunds

Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will be issued to your card issuer within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Buy Now, Pay Later Services (e.g., Klarna, Afterpay): Contact the provider directly for refund timelines or account credit handling. Blackstar is not responsible for third-party processing.

Shipping Charges: These are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed product fault.

 

Exchanges

Blackstar does not currently process direct exchanges. If you would like to swap your product for another item, please initiate a return for the original unit, then place a new order.

 

Warranty Support

If your product develops a fault after the 30-day return window, it may be covered by our standard warranty. Please contact Blackstar Support for troubleshooting at help@blackstaramps.com

Q: Can I return my product if I’m not satisfied?
A: Yes, if returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition with all accessories, you are eligible for a refund.

 

Q: What if my product is faulty?
A: If your unit has a confirmed defect within 30 days of delivery, we will arrange a refund or replacement at no additional cost.

 

Q: What is my product becomes faulty outside of 30 days?
