We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your Blackstar products without delay.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 0–1 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During busy periods, product launches, promotional campaigns, or seasonal holidays, processing and delivery times may take slightly longer.

UK Shipping

We currently offer UK standard delivery.

Standard Delivery
Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days
Shipping cost: £4.50 flat rate

The £4.50 shipping cost applies to all UK orders, regardless of product, order size, product weight, or delivery location within the UK.

Shipping Costs

A flat-rate shipping charge of £4.50 will be applied at checkout for UK orders.

The shipping cost will be clearly shown before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking details to update after dispatch.

Delivery Delays

We work hard to ensure orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, delays may occasionally occur due to courier delays, public holidays, severe weather, high seasonal demand, or incorrect delivery information.

Blackstar Amplification is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the details before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Missing or Lost Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact Blackstar Amplification Customer Support with your order number and delivery details.

We will investigate the issue with the courier and help resolve it where possible.

Damaged Items During Delivery

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A short description of the issue

We will review the case and advise on the next steps.
